As a consultant Family Law Solicitor I offer specialist legal advice in all areas of private Family Law (with the exception of private adoption) including separation, divorce proceedings, financial negotiations and proceedings, cohabitation breakdown and property disputes, child arrangements, domestic abuse cases including applications for non-molestation and occupation orders. I also regularly draft cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, and pre and post nuptial agreements, helping clients to plan ahead, and avoid unnecessary litigation in the future.

As a member of Resolution, I aim to reduce unnecessary conflict and, achieve a fair and suitable result with the least impact on the parties and their children. I also hold a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy helping me to better understand the emotional needs of my clients.

Since qualification in 2012, I have worked as a family solicitor in London and the South East of England. I welcome instructions from both UK and international clients. I am currently consulting for Arthurs Solicitors, Birchington, Kent.
